Enzyme Wizard – Heavy Duty Floor/Surface Cleaner

Industrial strength and designed to remove heavy deposits of oil and grease, including petroleum based products from all surfaces including machinery, rangehoods and barbecues.  Suitable for use on industrial floors, commercial kitchen floors, concrete pads, train platforms; and in service bays, carparks, bus stations, toilets, etc.

Works well with commercial scrubbing machines.

The enzymes in Enzyme Wizard Heavy Duty Floor / Surface Cleaner break down oil and grease into their basic elements, mainly carbon and hydrogen.  These then readily integrate with the environment instead of polluting it. Even thick oil deposits break down when the enzymes dissolve the organic ‘glue’ that holds them in place.

Not to be used on aluminium.

Concentrated:  Dilute in the ratio of 10:1. Agitate deposits on surface to be cleaned with a brush.  Hose down with water to rinse clean.

Safety:  pH neutral, contains no solvents, completely safe for children, pets, even when wet.  Bio-degrades completely and so is totally safe for the environment.

The product is designed to discharge down the drain where the enzymes continue to attack built up waste in the pipes.

The unique formulation allows four separate plant-based enzymes to co-exist and digest organic matter. It deodorizes by attacking the organic source of the odour.

Ideal for cleaning all surfaces and equipment contaminated with oil and grease.

How to Use:

General Floor Cleaning:

Shake the bottle and dilute with water in the ratio of 10:1.

It is recommended that a new mop head and bucket be used so as not to de-activate the enzymes with remnants of chemicals from other cleaning products.

Wet mop head as usual but do not squeeze dry.

Mop the floor leaving a thin layer of the cleaning solution.  Allow to air dry slowly to enable the enzymes time to work.  Remember: this is a natural cleaning method and the enzymes in the product need time to break down and destroy the organic matter. The older and heavier the grease deposits, the longer the dwell time.

Mop the floor daily as described above until the grease and oil has been broken down.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene with Enzyme Wizard No-Rinse Floor Cleaner.

Scrubbing Machine (ride on or walk behind)

Shake the bottle and dilute with water in the ratio of 50:1 and then pour into the tank of the scrubber.

Use a soft pad when using the scrubber as this will allow the bristles to force the enzymes into the cracks and crevices in the floor.

Go over the area a number of times until marks have been removed.

When finished, the dirty water can be disposed of down the drain.

Machinery and Equipment

Shake the bottle and dilute with water in the ratio of 10:1 for the first clean.

Once the grease build-up has gone, decrease the amount of product to water ratio to 50:1 for regular cleaning.

Use a soft non-abrasive pad to help the enzymes to activate more quickly.

The internal workings of machinery will remain clear of grease build-up as the enzymes continue to work.

After cleaning, the dirty water can be disposed of down the drain.

Important Information:

The product should not to be used on aluminium surfaces.

When cleaning a concrete surface, please remember that an uneven surface will need extra attention.

This is a natural cleaning method and the enzymes in the product need time to break down and destroy the organic matter. The older and heavier the grease deposits, the longer it will take.

After cleaning, the dirty water can be disposed of down drains.  The enzymes will carry on breaking down organic matter in the drain pipes.
